Purchasing information

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery time for orders placed from Monday to Friday in Spain before 12h will be 3 working days once you receive the order confirmation. If orders are placed after 12 noon, on weekends or public holidays, delivery will be delayed by an extra day.

Shipping costs:

Free shipping on purchases over 100€ Peninsula and Portugal.

Under 100€ shipping costs 5,95€ Peninsula and 9,50€ in Portugal.

For orders outside Spain, delivery times may vary. Please consult the associated shipping costs.

You can receive your order at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.-never at a post office box). The country of delivery must always coincide with the country of purchase.

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, there will be no delivery of orders, and they will not be considered working days for shipping purposes.

SHIPPING

At any time you can check the status of your order with our customer service department by email: info@meryfor.com or by calling us on 722 697 648.

Once the delivery time has passed, if you have not received your order, please check your email as you may have received an email informing you of the status of your order. If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you have received an item with a defect or if it is not the item you purchased, we will refund these items and the shipping costs as soon as we receive them and verify the condition of the garments.

RETURNS

Our returns have a cost of € 5.95 for domestic orders (peninsula) and € 9.50 Portugal. The return will be made through the same method of payment made.

How to return the product?

1. Request a refund

Please contact us by email: info@meryfor.com or by calling us on 722 697 648 and we will arrange for your order to be collected from the place you indicate.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 9:00 to 14:30.

2. Packaging of garments:

Prepare the package with the garments to be returned in the same box in which you received them or in another format. To be able to request a refund, it is important that the garments are unworn, perfectly labelled and intact.

3.Messenger:

Deliver the package to the courier on the agreed date. Remember that the maximum time limit for a return is 14 calendar days.

4.Receipt of the parcel and reimbursement

Once the package arrives at Meryfor and we check that all the garments are in perfect condition. You will receive an email confirming the return within 24/48h. You will be compensated in cash.

CHANGES

How to request a size change?

If you prefer a different size, please contact us to let us know. If the size is not available, we will proceed to refund the amount. Within 3 to 5 working days of receiving your package, we will process your size exchange or refund.

The package will arrive in 2 to 3 working days to the address indicated in the first order. If you want to change it, please let us know when you contact us.

The first size change is always at our expense. After this, the following exchanges will have a cost of 5,95€. For international orders or orders from the islands, it will be necessary to return the product and place a new order.

How to request a garment exchange?

If you want to exchange the garment for another, if the price varies, you will have to request a refund and place a new order. If the price is the same, all you have to do is request a change of model from our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to: info@meryfor.com or calling us on 722 697 648.

WHAT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR THE REFUND OR RETURN OF A MERYFOR GARMENT?

Garments must not be worn or washed.

Garments must not be stained or damaged.

All garments must be correctly labelled

They must be returned in the package they were sent in, to avoid damage to the garments due to poor packaging.

You have 14 calendar days from the time we confirm the shipment of your order.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER:

You have 24 hours to cancel your order.

If the cancellation of the order is made before the goods are dispatched, the customer will not incur any costs. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be charged € 5,95.

If the cancellation of the order is due to unavailability, the consumer shall immediately recover the amount paid.

PAYMENT

You can choose between several payment methods:

DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD: in this case, charges will be made in real time.
