To make a return at Meryfor.com you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
Returns are free of charge and are reimbursed through the same method of payment.
How to return the product?
- Request a refund
Enter our return portal through this link and you will only have to indicate the zip code of the address to which the package has been sent and the order number with the # before the number.

If you have any doubts, please contact us by e-mail: info@meryfor.com or by calling us at 722 697 648. Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:30 and Friday from 9:00 to 14:30.
- Garment packaging:
Prepare the package with the garments to be returned in the same box in which you received it or in another format. In order to request a refund it is important that the garments are unworn, perfectly labeled and intact.
- Punto Pack:
Once you request a pick-up you can take your package to the point indicated on the return label.
- Receipt of package
Once the package arrives at Meryfor, we will check that all the garments are in perfect condition.
- Reimbursement
You will receive an email confirming the refund within 48 hours. The refund will depend on the bank.
HOW TO REQUEST A SIZE CHANGE?
In case you prefer another size, please contact us to let us know. If the size is not available, we will proceed to refund the amount. If the size is available, within 3 to 5 working days after we receive your package, we will process your size exchange or refund.
The first size change will always be at our expense. After this, the following changes will have a cost of 5,95€. For international orders or from the islands, it will be necessary to make the return and place a new order.
WHAT DO WE CONSIDER ACCEPTABLE FOR REFUNDING OR RETURNING A MERYFOR GARMENT?
Garments must not be worn or washed.
Garments may not be stained or damaged
All garments must be correctly labeled
They must be returned in the package sent, to avoid damage to the garments due to improper packaging.
And the return must be requested within the indicated period.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
You have 24 hours to cancel your order.
If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods are dispatched, the customer will not be charged. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been shipped, the customer will be charged a shipping cost of 5,95€.
If the cancellation of the order is due to unavailability, the consumer will immediately recover the amount paid.
PAYMENT
You can choose between several payment methods:
DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD: in this case, charges will be made in real time.
